Welcome to our Commercial Waste Removal Services in Bounds Green. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- Service Provider refers to our company providing waste removal services.
- Client refers to the individual or entity requesting waste removal services.
- Services encompass all activities related to the collection, transportation, and disposal of commercial waste.
2. Scope of Services
Our commercial waste removal services include:
- Scheduled waste collection
- On-demand waste removal
- Recycling services
- Hazardous waste management
All services are subject to the availability and confirmation by the Service Provider.
3. Service Agreement
3.1. Contract Duration
The term of the service agreement begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these terms.
3.2. Amendments
Any amendments to the service agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
4. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay the Service Provider for the services rendered based on the agreed-upon rates. Payment terms are as follows:
- Invoices will be issued monthly.
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
All fees are subject to change with prior notice to the Client.
5. Client Obligations
Clients must ensure that:
- All waste is properly sorted and categorized.
- You have the necessary permissions to store waste at the collection site.
- Access is provided to the Service Provider for waste collection.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in service delays or additional charges.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Collecting and disposing of waste in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Providing timely and efficient waste removal services.
- Ensuring the safety of our personnel and the Client's property during service operations.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the Client does not comply with these terms.
7. Liability
Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services in the preceding twelve months.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited items are included in the waste stream. Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials not approved for removal
- Explosive substances
- Perishable waste that may cause health hazards
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of these terms, including non-payment or unauthorized disposal of prohibited items.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bounds Green is located. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the term of the service agreement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government regulations.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15. Amendments
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
